If any problem arises, you can call Jennifer immediately and she will fix it (often the same day).
Our employees work off a checklist system, meaning that they are accountable to their portion of every cleaning. This makes it easier for us to identify problems as they arise. Jennifer will update your checklist and inform the crew of the issue, this helps us to guarantee it will not happen again.
We have a small crew so you will have the opportunity to meet everyone. You will know who is in your home, when they are coming and what services will be provided.
During your bid we will review our master checklist. Over the first several cleanings we will customize it to fit the specific needs of your home.
You have flexibility in the frequency of your cleanings and the services provided.
As we are customizing your checklist you will be asked to point out any items that need extra care. We ask that if an item is irreplaceable and sentimental to please put it away during your cleanings with us. We do everything in our power to take care and consideration but accidents can happen and we would never want to be the reason you lose something close to your heart.
We carry a million dollar general libality insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
We will book your home on a specific day of the week and time of the day depending on what is discussed. If cleanings are cancelled or missed due to the homeowner, we will have to fill your spot with another cleaning. We do not have the staff or availability in our schedule to hold spots for cleanings that are inconsistent. If this is the case, Jennifer will be happy to schedule you as needed (pricing will be subject to change)
